It is made from natural blackberries, harvested in the foothills of the Ararat valley.
This red semisweet wine with a pleasant blackberry taste and delicate aroma is made according to the classical wine technology without the addition of sugar. Crushed berries undergo fermentation and maceration procedures in galvanized tanks, after which the wort is aged in oak barrels for at least six months.
The finished wine has a ruby color with a pink tint. The taste of wine is expressive, with a soft-silky taste of blackberry. The aroma is aerial, spicy, with notes of berries, cinnamon and vanilla.
It is recommended to serve the blackberry wine of TM Kilikia with chilled fruit or dessert.
