Preserved grape leaves

Preserved grape leaves are used in cooking not only for the preparation of the traditional Armenian dish dolma, but for many other dishes. The combination of the leaves of grapes with meat reveals their unusual taste. In various recipes, grape leaves are used with legumes – lentils, beans and chickpeas, as well as with rice, bacon, various smoked meats, and honey. The choice of dishes with this product is varied. You can cook as boiled, and fried and stewed dishes, the leaves can be baked on charcoal, as they absorb the flavor of the main product and give it a light tint of flavor.
