It is made from natural fresh apricot fruits grown in the mountainous regions of the Ararat valley.
The fertile Armenian land gave mankind one of the most delicious and most useful fruits – apricot. Our apricot wine was born from the sun’s rays. Apricot, ripening in the Ararat valley, generously presented the wine with its unique aroma.
Apricot wine of TM Kilikia is made according to the classical wine technology without the addition of sugar. Crushed peeled fruits undergo fermentation and maceration in galvanized tanks, after which the wort is kept in oak barrels for at least six months.
The finished wine has a sunny golden color and a delicate fruit bouquet, which is associated with summer and outdoor recreation. The fragrance is gentle and velvety. A pleasant, long-lasting aftertaste resembles the abundance of summer fruits.
TM Kilikia fine wine is perfectly combined with fruit and dessert.
